The production process consists of complex, integrated self-learning machines that constantly compare actual and nominal dimensions and advice corrections. This low-manpower process also includes the upstream and downstream operations. So we can offer competitive prices. Our core activity is supplying tailor-made free-form bent tubes for less than they would cost you to produce.

How do we ensure such high quality?
We have been working closely with Swiss and German mechanical engineers to develop new methods. We have made free-form bending reproducible with low form and positional tolerances. We are able to achieve a consistent quality and high reproducibility in bends because we keep the actual and reference values in relation to one another in a continuous learning curve. The tube is forced through the bending head at a constant speed. This keeps material stresses in the product low and constant.

What sizes, materials and profiles are available?
We offer the following options:

• Mandrel-free bending.
• Bending with smooth transitions on round tubes with an external diameter of < 31 mm.
• Wall thickness between 3 and 10% of the external diameter.
• Our tools can handle diameters of 10, 16, 19, 22, 25 and 30 mm.
• Other diameters are available if the customer is willing to pay all or part of the cost of the tools.
• The overall maximum length of the product is 4,000 mm.
• Materials: bendable material qualities: steel, aluminium, stainless steel and titanium.
• Bending radii ≥ 3xD. Designs that do not touch the machine.
• We can quote on the basis of your CAD drawings or IGES data.
